Terms of Service

By placing an order with our micro bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Custom orders may require advance notice and full or partial payment upfront.

Fresh bread drops on Tuesdays and Fridays. Cut off for Tuesday is Sunday 8pm. Cut off for Friday is Wednesday 8pm. Delivery locations: Eastboune, Lower hutt, Petone, Wellington Central, Brooklyn, Thorndon, Karori, Mount Victoria, Aro Valley, Wadestown. Please contact us to double check if your location is in the Sister delivery zones if is is not listed here before ordering.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order.

  • Orders cancelled with sufficient notice may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be refundable due to preparation time and ingredient costs.

Product Information

All products are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in appearance, decoration, size, and colour may occur.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, but final products may differ slightly from photographs.

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

  • Gluten
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Nuts
  • Soy

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.

Collection & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate collection or delivery information.

Once an order has been collected or delivered, responsibility for the product passes to the customer. We are not responsible for damage caused after collection or delivery.

Refunds & Issues

We take pride in the quality of our baked goods. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can discuss a suitable resolution. Any refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All images, logos, branding, and content associated with our bakery remain the property of the business and may not be used without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice.
