At our micro bakery, we take great pride in creating fresh, high-quality baked goods made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and baked fresh to order, we generally do not accept returns.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make things right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

To help us resolve any issues quickly, we may ask for:

  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of the product
  • Contact within 24 hours of receiving your order

Please note:

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for products that have been incorrectly stored or handled after collection/delivery.
  • Taste and texture preferences can vary, but we always welcome honest feedback and will discuss concerns fairly and respectfully.
