Sister Delivery Zones

Fresh bread drops on Tuesdays and Fridays. Cut off for Tuesday is Sunday 8pm. Cut off for Friday is Wednesday 8pm. Delivery locations: Eastboune, Lower hutt, Petone, Wellington Central, Brooklyn, Thorndon, Karori, Mount Victoria, Aro Valley, Wadestown. Please contact us to double check if your location is in the Sister delivery zones if is is not listed here before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At our micro bakery, every order is freshly baked and carefully prepared in small batches to ensure the highest quality possible.

Processing Times

Please allow sufficient notice for your order, as all products are made fresh to order. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order size, and our baking schedule.

Custom and large orders may require additional preparation time.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available within selected areas on agreed delivery days and times.

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Product Care

Once orders have been collected or delivered, responsibility for proper storage and handling passes to the customer.

For best quality and freshness, we recommend consuming products within the suggested timeframe and following any storage instructions provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details so we can review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control, but we will always do our best to assist where possible.
