Cancellation Policy
As a small micro bakery, all of our products are made fresh to order with time, care, and preparation. Because ingredients and baking schedules are planned in advance, we kindly ask customers to review our cancellation policy before placing an order.
Standard Orders
- Orders cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Orders cancelled within 24–48 hours of collection/delivery may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
- Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally non-refundable, as preparation and baking may already be underway.
Custom & Large Orders
Custom orders, specialty bakes, and large event orders may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Once work has begun on a custom order, deposits and payments may not be refundable.
Order Changes
We will always do our best to accommodate changes to your order, but amendments cannot be guaranteed once preparation has started.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you fairly and kindly.
Business Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel an order due to illness, emergencies, ingredient shortages, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
